Experience

Clare practices exclusively in Family and Defacto Relationship Law, with experience in property and child related matters; both in negotiating agreements without Court intervention and when litigation does arise, drafting documents and appearing in the Family and Federal Magistrates Court. Clare is dedicated to securing the best outcome for her clients and her approachable manner demonstrates that she is acutely aware that her clients are traversing a very difficult and highly stressful period in their lives.
 

Prior to Clare’s career with Michael Lynch Family Lawyers, she worked in the Private Clients team of a large National law firm, where she focused on Family and Defacto law. Clare has a strong commitment to voluntary work, and since 2007 has been a volunteer solicitor with the Women’s Legal Service (WLS). Prior to Clare’s work at the WLS, she participated in a volunteer program at the Barrett Adolescent Centre for mental health, Wacol and also enjoyed regular volunteer work at the Brisbane Royal Children’s Hospital.
