Leeann practises exclusively in family law and advises clients on both matrimonial and de facto property settlements.
Her extensive experience includes advising on complex property settlement matters and parenting matters as well as child support, spousal maintenance and financial agreements. Leeann is passionate about using her skills to assist her clients to achieve appropriate mediated outcomes. If necessary, Leeann has extensive advocacy experience representing client’s in the Family Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court of Australia and Magistrates Court. Leeann’s priority is to ensure her clients remain well informed of the law and of the various legal and non-legal pathways that may be available in each case.
Leeann was admitted to practice in 2005 following the completion of her Articles of Clerkship and has worked in a range of complimentary areas of law including Bankruptcy, Property Transactions and Commercial Disputes.
Throughout her career, Leeann has engaged in extensive volunteer work with the Women’s Legal Service and the Caxton Legal Centre.
